From 2016-2018, I was stuck. I wanted something different. But I didn’t take the steps. Two therapists in different years diagnosed my work environment as toxic to my being, 2 years of trying to tweak things just enough, 2 years of fighting for the dream I had earned my doctorate for and then my Bigmama died. Her death inspired me to take action.
