From Hidden Seeds to Harvest: A Vision of Yolanda’s 2026 Year … Grit and Grace

Good morning.  I hope that this letter finds you well. I’m writing to tell you how our friend Yolanda showed up in 2026.  There were some amazing moments, some God defined, God centered moments. And there were some lows.  Lows that I hadn’t expected.  And I’m proud of her. Because she swung for the fences.  She didn’t leave any stone unturned. And she didn’t quit because she was tired. She quit when God said she was done. And I couldn’t ask for anything more. You know what rather than report out the entire year. How about I just share how her last few days of 2025 went.  It encapsulated every lesson learned and every blessing that started as a seed.  She harvested in 2026.  She harvested big.  She harvested your blessings and my blessings and the blessings of your enemies and her enemies and friends.

It’s the last Monday of 2026.  And Yolanda is dog-tired, exhausted from the inside out and the outside in.  And the smile on her face stretches from ear to ear.  If it got any wider, you’d see her ears.  Her jaws hurt from smiling so much.  And she couldn’t tell you exactly which interaction, which incident, which adventure caused the smile.  It seems to come from the core of who she is and radiates out.  Yolanda sits up in bed from her nap.  Okay, she thinks I’m choosing activity and connection.  Exhaustion be gone.  She giggles.  Exhaustion is not the right word for this and it’s okay. It’s the best she has at the moment.  She’s overwhelmed with peace, calm, and joy and loving every minute of it.

In 2025, she got to explore and build all parts of her.  Some days she was a hermit, a recluse.  On other days, she was the life of the party and in the middle of it all.  Some days she was barking and directing orders like a drill sergeant.  Other days she was second in command supporting innovative visionaries.  Other days she was one of many putting hands to plows.  And she’ll be the first to admit she didn’t love every minute.  Her process of debriefing with key members of her circle and journaling ensured that she processed it all. She learned. She grew. And none of the stressors ended up in her body.  And that part she was proud of.  That part she loved.

Hey, lady.  “How are you doing?  Long-time no talk to”.  “Sure. I’m happy to support.  Now based on last time we weren’t quite on the same page.  So, I need to understand your commitment before I connect my circle with you. I’m happy to offer a one-time financial support.  In order to be a good steward, I need your commitment to coaching and accountability. When is a good time to discuss? “  For the next hour or so, they discuss what’s needed.  Yolanda asks her some questions to see how open she is to coaching.  They set up a time to meet next week. Yolanda hopes that this time they can get started. She knows thid is one of hers. And she gets to choose to be committed to the process.

Yolanda pokes her head in the back door. Hey mom, Bruno and I are going for a hike.  We’ll be back before 5 PM.  Her mom stops talking long enough to acknowledge her and then quickly starts back talking to the people in the living room.  Yolanda is not sure who’s in the living room.  It doesn’t really matter. Yolanda is just happy to see that her mom has found a purpose in this season of life.

Yolanda heads back to the Tiny Shed/Missions HQ for Bruno.  Before they go she checks the numbers for the week, website views, planner sales, Mastermind calls and follow-ups, and new premium buyers.  She sends quick voice notes to her assistants.  And makes a few notes to follow-up with some of her clients.  Client is not the correct word. And tribe members aren’t either.  These are people that Yolanda goes to war for.  She wars in the spiritual for them on a daily basis.  She extends her network and resources for them.  If they need $10k more dollars for something, then she needs $10k more dollars and she utilizes her businesses and resources accordingly.  She was diligent in 2025 about running with people who she respected and who she knew would value how she showed up.  It was time out for casting pearls to swines.  There were lots of people who were interested and who watched. And Yolanda only committed to those who were willing to die for their purpose.  Why? Because she would die to support them.

Let’s Go Bruno!  The trails await.  Let’s see who Jesus introduces us to today!”

And that’s our Yolanda.  I told you.  It was an amazing year.  And the tide has turned.  She can do much with a little or much with a lot.  She is attuned and ready.  What are we going to do with her in 2027?
