The Strategic Pivot: Reclaim Your Perimeter After Life Hits Hard

You missed the 24-hour registration window for The Council. Here is the current status of our deployment. We made a deliberate tactical shift to ensure every woman who enters the perimeter has a foundation capable of supporting her highest audacious goals.

The Reality of the Breach

The creation of this group itself was the first pivot. It was not a planned move; it was a response to a relentless assault on my own perimeter. In 2025, the enemy breached the same wall too many times: my marriage of twenty-five years ended, and I lost my Auntie and my dad. The cousin who was my first call to support my mom passed away. And it continued into 2026. The breaches of 2025 were followed by my uncle’s passing. Then, my great-nephew had the flu for ten days, my mom contracted the flu, was admitted to the hospital, and ultimately required surgery.

The second pivot happened this week. After assessing the impact of these breaches and witnessing the call and the energy required of the women who chose to “step in,” I realized that a standard execution plan was not enough. To honor their commitment, I had to adjust how we execute to meet them where they are.

The Strategic Pivot

We aren’t rushing the build on a compromised foundation. I pivoted the schedule to prioritize the Perimeter Scan. We are spending this week identifying the roots of these drains and stabilizing our energy before we layer on the demands of a new daily routine.

The Daily Momentum Ritual—including the 1/3/5 Challenge—has been moved to begin in Week 2.

Why We Reset the Timeline

  • Securing the Foundation: Our philosophy is BE. DO. HAVE.. We are focusing on the “BE”—the identity and virtues required to stand firm when life is hitting hard.
  • The Perimeter First: You cannot effectively “Make Moves” if you are still bleeding energy to a breach you haven’t mapped. We are spending this week on the Comparison Detox, auditing the triggers that allow external chaos to become internal doubt.
  • Quality Over Speed: I don’t stop when I’m tired; I stop when I’m done. This pivot ensures that when we launch the full 90-day execution phase, the foundation is unbreakable.

What This Means for the Ready List

If you are waiting for the gates to reopen, use this time to stabilize your own line.

  1. Map the Territory: Complete your Tactical Readiness Assessment. This is the only way to be notified of the next deployment window.
  2. Audit the Leaks: While the Council focuses on Week 1: The Comparison Detox, begin identifying the digital and relational “leaks” currently draining your capacity.
  3. Prepare for Week 2: The intensity will increase significantly next week as we deploy the 1/3/5 Challenge: 1 Core Truth, 3 Excuses to Detox, and 5 Minutes of Action Planning.

The standard remains: Make Moves. Not Excuses..
